MBBS IN INDIA
MBBS is one of the most popular and noble career options for students in India. Many Indian students aspire to complete MBBS programme from a government medical college or from a good private medical college. There are more than 450 government and private medical colleges in India. The top medical colleges in India include AIIMS News Delhi, PGIMER Chandigarh, CMC Vellore, AFMC Pune, Kasturba Medical College Manipal, etc. Although the list of medical colleges in India is high, the ratio of the number of seats to the medical student aspirants in India is still low. It is for this reason that many students who are unable to get a seat in a medical institute of their choice either take a drop to retake the examination or they change their career choice and look for alternative options other than MBBS.
